Ja robię podobną salatkę ale bez wody. 3kg buraczkow, 0,5 kg papraki, 0,5 szkl.octu 10% 0,5 szkl.cukru, 2 łyzki płaskie soli, 2-3 łyżki oleju i to wszystko.jest SUPER

Muszę koniecznie wypróbować, bo też wygląda na fajną sałatkę. A czy może znasz jakiś przepis na sałatkę z buraczków ale tartych na tarce jarzynowej o najdrobniejszych oczkach taką na zimę? Bardzo bym prosiła.
