Robię bardzo podobną sałatkę,tylko że cebulę drobno kroję,a paprykę troszkę podsmażam na oleju,ale tylko do zmiękczenia.Aha,cukru daję również mniej lub wcale,gdyz zależy to od słodkości buraków (poza tym wiadomo,że każdy daje przyprawy wg swojego gustu)
