Czy mąka chlebowa to jakaś specjalna? Nigdy takiej nie widziałam, u nas w sklepach jest np. tortowa , poznańska , wrocławska, a nie chlebowa:((

Tak maka chlebowa rozni sie tym, ze ma powyzej 11g bialka. Kupic ja mozna w wiekszych marketach. Pozdrawiam:)

Goplano, piękny Ci wyszedł. Jak dużą formę miałam, wszak keksówki mają różne wymiary, a lubię chlebek stosunkowo wysoki.
