To kolejny Twój przepis jakby na moje zamówienie!!! Ostatnio szukałam inspiracji w necie na chlebek turecki, który w dzieciństwie kupował mi ojciec. Żaden jednak nie był na zakwasie. Wypróbuję!

Wiesz, ten też nie jest tak całkiem na zakwasie, bo drożdże też ma, ale to są proporcje wytestowane przeze mnie po kilku próbach :) i moim zdaniem są ok. Na samych drożdżach to nie to samo. Powodzenia!
