Ciasteczka z marmoladą

Ingredients:

125g mąki pszennej
60g margaryny
1 żółtko
0,5 łyżki śmietany
0,25 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
40g cukru pudru
0,5 opakowania cukru waniliowego
Marmolada wieloowocowa

Prepare instructions:

Ekspresowe ciasteczka, a do tego przepyszne! Z podanej porcji wyszło mi 50 małych ciasteczek, takich na dwa kęsy :-)

Mąkę z proszkiem przesiewamy na stolnicę, dodajemy cukier puder, cukier waniliowy, śmietanę, żółtko, margarynę i wyrabiamy ciasto. Odstawiamy do lodówki na 0,5h.

Stolnicę podsypujemy mąką, rozwałkowujemy ciasto i wycinamy foremką ciasteczka, które układamy na blaszce wyłożonej papierem do pieczenia.

Marmoladę przekładamy do szprycy lub rękawa cukierniczego i nakładamy na ciastka.

Pieczemy 10-15 minut w 180'
