Ingredients:

ciasto - 25dag mąki , 20 dag masła, 12 dag cukru, 2 dag zmielonych orzechów włoskich , białko.
masa -niepełna szklanka śmietanki , 12 dag orzechów włoskich zmielonych , 12dag cukru

Prepare instructions:

Mąkę posiekać z masłem .Dodać pozostałe składniki i zagnieść ciasto .Owinąc je w folię i 2-3 godz włożyc do lodówki . Przygotować masę :orzechy wymieszać w rondelku z cukrem oraz śmietanką i podgrzewać , nadal mieszając , az masa zgęstnieje . Wyjąc ciasto z lodówki , rozwałkować na na placek grubości 3-5 mm.Wykrawac z niego małe krązki . Połowę krązków posmarować przestudzonym kremem , przykryć pozostałymi.Ułożyć ciasteczka w dużych odstępach na blasze wyścielonej pergaminem i wstawić do piekarnika nagrzanego do 190 stponi - upiec na złoyt kolor .Gdy ostygną , polukrować i udekorowac połówkami orzechów .

super !! szukałam tego przepsiu bo mi się zapodział (tzn poszedł do ludzi i nie wrócił), ciasteczka są naprawdę pychotkowate i moja rodzina je uwielbia więc zaraz bede je robić
