Ingredients:

Ciasto:

2 szkl. mąki
1 szkl. cukru
1 szkl. mleka
1/2 szkl. oleju
2 łyżki miodu
2 łyżeczki sody
1 jajo
2 łyżki cynamonu (można użyć przyprawy do piernika)

Krem:

2 szkl. mleka
1/2 szkl. mąki
1/2 szkl. cukru
1 żółtko
cukier wanilinowy

Prepare instructions:

Składniki ciasta dokładnie wymieszać lub zmiksować. Można białko (także te co zostaje z kremu) oddzielić od żółtka, ubić pianę i dodać do zmiksowanego ciasta.
Piec ok. 55 minut w temperaturze 200^o C

Przygotowanie kremu:
1 szklankę mleka zagotować z cukrem. Drugą szklankę mleka wymieszać z żółtkiem, mąką i cukrem wanilinowym. Wlać do wrzącego mleka cały czas mieszając. Zagotować.

Po ostudzeniu ciasto przekroić na pół, przełożyć kremem. Można polać polewą czekoladową :)

To mój pierwszy dodany tu przepis :) Było to pierwsze ciasto jakie upiekłam w życiu już dawno temu ale często do niego wracam. Jest pyszne i zawsze wychodzi :) Przepis ze starego zeszytu mojej mamy :D Polecam :)
