Ingredients:

biszkopt:
4 jajka
4 łyżki mąki
4 łyżki cukru
łyzeczka proszku do pieczenia
łyzeczka sody
dalej:
duża paczka herbatników
paczka krakersów
budyń śmietankowy
0,5 l mleka
1/2 kostki margaryny
2 śmietan fixy
0,5 l kremówki
2 łyżki cukru pudru
czekolada do posypania
masa kajmakowa- krówkowa

Prepare instructions:

-biszkopt upiec( białka ubić z cukrem , dodać żółtka i reszczę sypkich składników, delikatnie wymieszać i wylać na natłuszczona blachę, piec ok 30 min, aż się zezłoci)
masa I:
-ugotować budyń wg przepisu na opakowaniu, zostawić do ostudzenia,gdy wystygnie zmiksować go margaryną

i wyłożyć tę masę na ostudzony biszkopt.
- na maśe budyniową wyłożyć herbatkiki, na nie masę krówkową, na to krakersy

- kremówkę ubić z cukrem pudem i doać śmietan fixy. Następnie wyłożyć tę masę na krakersy

- wierzch ciasta posypać startą czekoladą i wstawić do lodówki.

Ciasto najlepsze jest na 2 dzień i jest bardzo proste.

Wspaniałe ciacho, robię je już od kilku lat, obowiązkowo każde święta,jest to najlepsze ciasto mojego męża.
Polecam.

Krem budyniowy robię sama - 2,5 szkl.mleka, pół szkl.cukru, pół kostki masła,3 ,4 żółtka, 3/4 szkl.mąki.

Daga, a czekolada z solonymi migdałami? A ciastka zbożowe z wyczuwalną nutą soli? Wbrew pozorom lekko słone ciasteczka i słodka masa mogą stanowić całkiem udany duet :)
