Ciasto kruche z masą serową i kokosem na wierzchu

Ingredients:

Ciasto:
1 kostka margaryny(250 g)
2,5szkl. mąki
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
1szkl. cukru 4 żółtka

masa serowa:
1kg sera(ja ser zawsze,do każdego sernika, miele dwa razy)
3szkl. mleka
     1 1/2 szkl. cukru
4 łyżki oleju
2 budynie śmietankowe
5żółtek

kokos:
20dkg kokosu
7 łyżek cukru
9 białek (pozostaną z ciasta i masy)

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto:
Wszystkie składniki ciasta zagnieść

masa serowa:
Wszystkie skłądniki masy razem ubić

Kokos:
ubić białka na sztywno z cukrem i dodać kokos

Dużą (np.40x25) i wysoką blachę wysmarować margaryną, obsypać bułką tartą lub kaszą manną. Wyłożyć ciasto kruche na blachę, potem masę serową i piec w temp. 190^oC przez ok. 50 minut. Gdy ser jest prawie upieczony nałożyć ubity kokos i piec dalej aż kokos osiągnie złoty kolor.

W tej masie to budyń trzeba ugotować na tych 3 szklankach mleka, czy wlać mleko do ubijanej masy osobno a budyń wsypać osobno? Bo to stanowi pewną niejasność....

jest bardzo jasno: "Wszystkie składniki masy RAZEM ubić". Jak chcesz się bawić to możesz wrzucać po kolei i ubijać. Ja wszystkie składniki wrzucam do miski i RAZEM mieszam.
