Ingredients:

CIASTO

5 jajek
130 g cukru
cukier waniliowy
2 łyżki oleju
70 g mąki pszennej
100 g mąki ziemniaczanej
2 łyżki kakao
łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

MASA

1/2 szklanki mleka
1/2 szklanki cukru
cukier waniliowy
250 g masła
2 szklanki mleka w proszku

POLEWA

150 g ciemnej czekolady
2 łyżki masła
do dekoracji -migdały, posypka,wedle uznania

Prepare instructions:

Jajka ubić z cukrem i cukrem waniliowym.Wymieszać z olejem.Mąkę pszenną wymieszać z ziemniaczaną,kakao i proszkiem do pieczenia.Połączyć z masą jajeczną.Cisto przełożyć do natłuszczonej formy.Piec 30 minut w 180C. Wystudzić.Przekroić na 2 blaty.

Mleko zagotować z cukrem i cukrem waniliowym.Wymieszać aż cukier się rozpuści. Ostudzić.Masło utrzeć.Ucierając dodawać po łyżce mleka z cukrem i mleko w proszku.Kremem przełożyć ciasto.Posmarować czekoladą roztopioną z masłem.Posypać migdałami itp.

CIASTO JEST DOSYĆ TWARDE PO UPIECZENIU,ALE TAKIE MA BYĆ.

To ze mi nie wyszlo to tylko moja wina poprostu chcialam zrobic za szybko. Za drugim razem bylo pyszne. A chcialam dodac ze przepis na krem wykorzystalam w biszkopcie z truskawkami i tez bylo bardzo smaczne:) pozdrawiam
