Czy do śmietany ewentualnie jogurtu nie należało by dodać traszkę żelatyny, aby związać je bardziej. Według mnie przy krojeniu spód biszkoptowy może się rozlecieć dodam że nie robiłem ciasta jeszcze, ale mam zamiar zrobić tylko gruszkowy. A przepis bardzo fajny.

Nie rozlecą się , to ciasto robię przez cały sezon truskawkowy.biszkopty będą na tyle mocno obtoczone śmietaną że stworzą zwarty spód,wystarczy dobrze schłodzić.
