Ciasto z budyniem i z jabłkami

Ingredients:

składniki:
Ciasto: • 25 dag mąki tortowej • 25 dag mąki krupczatki • 1 szklanka cukru • 2 jajka • 2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia • 2 małe cukry waniliowe • 1 kostka margaryny
Masa: • 2 budynie (na 0,5 litra mleka) • 1 kg jabłek

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto: zagnieść ciasto. 1⁄₃ ciasta zamrozić. Masa: ugotować budynie, dodając trochę mniej mleka, by były gęstsze. Jabłka obrać i pokroić w plastry. Ciasto rozgnieść na blasze, ułożyć jabłka a na wierzch wylać przestudzony budyń. Na wierzch zetrzeć na grubej tarce zamrożone ciasto. Piec ok. 50 min.

Przepis pochodzi ze zbioru ogólnie już chyba znanych przepisów na ciasta.Przyznam, że znałam już go wcześniej z serwisu Winiary i piekę go od kilku miesięcy,jest bardzo dobry.Polecam.

czt to ciasto bez smietany da sie zagniesc ,moze margaryne rozpuscic.bo mysle ze z tych skladników ciasto sie nie zlepi a chce je zrobic .prosze o odpowiedz

Nigdy nie dodaję śmietany,a ciasto się zgniata,jeden warunek margaryna nie może być zmarznięta,niech poleży kilka godzin w temperaturze pokojowej i wtedy ciasto da się zagnieść bez problemu.

wydaje mi sie ze tego mleka powinno byc wiecej niz 0.5l,poniewaz w tej ilosci to strasznie geste i niema mowy zeby to wylac na jablka,moim zdaniem tego mleka powinno byc 3/4l!
