Ciasto z maślanką i owocami.

Ingredients:

Na ciasto:

2,5 szkl. mąki;

3 jajka;

3/4 szkl. cukru;

1/2 szkl. oleju;

1 szkl. maślanki ( robiąc ciasto z truskawkami użyłam maślanki truskawkowej);

2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia;

truskawki bądź inne owoce sezonowe;

Kruszonka:

1/2 kostki margaryny;

3 łyżki cukru ( jeżeli chcemy, żeby kruszonka była bardziej słodka możemy dodać więcej cukru);

1/5 szkl. mąki

Prepare instructions:

1. Jajka ubijamy z cukrem. Dodajemy olej, mąkę, maślankę i proszek do pieczenia. Wszystko razem ubijamy jeszcze chwilę.

2. Ciasto wylewamy na wyłożoną papierem do pieczenia blachę.

3. Na ciasto wykładamy owoce ( ja wyłożyłam truskawki) i posypujemy je kruszonką.

4. Piecz w temp. 180 stopni przez ok. 50 min.

W jakiej blaszce pieczesz to wyglądające "pysznie" ciasto?

w średniej :) nie duża i nie mała :) ale ciasto naprawdę dobrze rośnie...

Rewelacyjne ciasto! Jest przepyszne, mięciutkie i wilgotne! Robi się błyskawicznie i jeszcze szybciej zjada:) Polecam gorąco!

Z jaką ilością truskawek robiłaś ciasto, które jest na zdjęciu? Pytam, bo z doświadczenia wiem, że za mało źle, a za dużo jeszcze gorzej. Pozdrawiam
