Ingredients:

Ciasto:
1 1/2 szklanki cukru
1 1/2 szklanki mąki pszennej
6 jajek
5 łyżek oleju
2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia

Masa jabłkowa:
1500 g jabłek
2 op. galaretki pomarańczowej

Masa śmietankowa:
3 op. śnieżki w proszku
600 ml mleka zimnego
1 op. galaretki cytrynowej

Ponadto:
biszkopty,wiórka kokosowe,pół tabliczki gorzkiej czekolady.

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto:
Białka ubić na sztywno,wsypać cukier i ubijać ok.3 min.Dodać żółtka oraz mąkę wymieszaną z proszkiem i połączyć z olejem.
Blaszkę wyłożyć papierem do pieczenia,wlać ciasto,piec 30-40 min w temp.180 stopniach C.

Masa jabłkowa:
Jabłka obrać,zetrzeć na dużych oczkach,przesmażyć.Wsypać galaretki,wymieszać.

Masa śmietankowa:
Śnieżki ubić z zimnym mlekiem,dodać tężejącą galaretkę rozpuszczoną w szklance wrzącej wody.

Przełożenie ciasta:

Na ciasto wyłożyć ciepłą masę jabłkową,ułożyć biszkopty,rozsmarować masę śmietanową i dowolnie udekorować.

Zetrzeć jabłka,przesmażyć,wsypać do tego galaretki,wymieszać i ciepłe wyłożyć na ciasto-tak jak mówi przepis
