Cynamonowe latte macchiato

Ingredients:

50 ml espresso

100 ml mleka 3,2%

1/4 łyżeczki mielonego cynamonu

Prepare instructions:

Latte macchiato jest bardzo prosta w wykonaniu. Wystarczy jedynie trzymać się kilku zasad podczas jej przygotowania. Mleko i kawa powinny być w tej samej temperaturze. Mleko powinno być dobrze spienione, a espresso wlane do mleka cienką strużką po ściance szklanki. Nie należy słodzić kawy, bo wtedy warstwy nie wyjdą.

W kawiarce sporządzić mocne espresso. Mleko podgrzać. Ubić na puszysto spieniaczem do mleka. Wlać do wysokiej szklanki. Kawę przelać do dzbanuszka. Szklankę lekko przechylić i wlewać kawę wąską strużką po ściance szklanki. Powinny utworzyć się 3 warstwy. Wierzch posypać cynamonem. Smacznego!

Też często taką robię, właśnie z cynamonem- idealna na jesienne popołudnia!!!

Dodam jeszcze, że słodzę kawę, ale przed wlaniem do spieionego mleka.
