Właśnie wcinam rybkę przygotowaną podobnie, z tym, że ja filecika zawijam w folie aluminiową, uprzednio skropioną oliwą, na fileta świeży rozmaryn itd, oraz dwa plasterki cytryny, sól, peprz,

Taka rybka jest wyśmienita :) ja wolę smak masła zamiast oliwy, z niecierpliwością czekam aż urośnie mi tymianek (jestem w nim zakochana!) i będę robić rybkę właśnie z całymi gałązkami tymianku. Ja też uwielbiam cytrynowy smak i zapach ryby, to dla mnie nieodłoczną para :)
