Czekoladowe naleśniki z budyniem waniliowym i z b

Ingredients:

Ciasto naleśnikowe: 1 szkl. mąki, 4 łyżki kakao, 3-4 jaja, 3/4 śmietany jogurtowej (9%), 3/4 szkl. wody mineralnej ( najlepiej gazowanej), sól, cukier waniliowy, kakao granulowane np."Puchatek" Nadzienie: opakowanie budyniu waniliowego, 2 -3 banany

Prepare instructions:

Najpierw przyrządzić ciasto na naleśniki. W tym celu roztrzepać żółtka, dodać śmietanę wymieszaną z wodą. Miksując wsypać mąkę i kakao oraz cukei i szczyptę soli. Dodać ubitą pianę z białek i odstawić na 1/2 godziny.
Przygotować nadzienie. Przyrządzić budyń według przepisu na opakowaniu dodając o 1/3 mniej mleka. Banany obrać, odkroić końcówki i pokroić w drobną kostkę lub zetrzeć na grubych oczkach.
Połączyć z budyniem. Następnie smażyć naleśniki. Naleśniki smarować nadzieniem i formować ruloniki.

Banany nie są konieczne, bo i bez nich dobrze smakuje. Do czekoladowych naleśników pasuje też nadzienie z podprażonych jabłek z cynamonem i rodzynkami. Bardzo dobre.

No i swietne sa!:):)naprawde trzymajac sie odkladnie przepisu,wychodza takie jak powinny byc i w smaku i w ksztalcie i konsystencji:D:D.Polecam!!Ja robilam bez bananow,z samym budyniem.Pychota:))
