Czosnkowy makaron z brokułami

Ingredients:

- 1 brokuł lub opakowanie mrożonego,
- ok. 1/2 paczki dowolnego makaronu,
- 4 łyżki tartego żółtego sera,
- 4 duże ząbki czosnku,

-cebula średniej wielkości,
- oliwa,
- sól, pieprz, delikat (jeżeli ktoś woli - vegeta), ulubione przyprawy, zioła

Prepare instructions:

Makaron gotujemy al dente. Brokuły dzielimy na różyczki, gotujemy na półtwardo. Studzimy.
Na dużą patelnię wlewamy odrobinę oliwy. Na lekko rozgrzaną oliwę wrzucamy pokrojoną w kostkę cebulę i zrumieniamy, pod koniec dodajemy wyciśnięty przez praskę czosnek. Smażymy kilka sekund, żeby czosnek nie zbrązowiał, bo będzie gorzki. Dodajemy do makaronu brokuły, 2 łyżki tartego sera, cebulę i ulubione przyprawy. Mieszamy, wykładamy do wysmarowanego margaryną bądź masłem naczynia żaroodpornego, na wierzch układamy kilka wiórków masła, posypujemy serem, przykrywamy, zapiekamy około 15 minut.

Całkiem niezłe, ale dodałam jeszcze śmietanki do zapiekania. Piekła w 200*C około 25min.
