Dynia marynowana do mięs

Ingredients:

- 1,5 kg dyni,
- 3 zielone lub żółte pomidory (ew. kilka koltajlowych żółtych pomidorków),
- 3 gruszki,
- 2 cytryny,
- chili lub pepperoni,
- po 1 łyżce ziaren gorczycy i pieprzu (najlepiej białego),
- kawałek kłącza imbiru,
- 30 dag cukru,
- sól,
- 1, 25 szklanki octu winnego

Prepare instructions:

Dynię pokroić w kostkę, gruszki i pomidory w ósemki (małe pomidorki przekroić na pół), cytryny i chili w cienkie plasterki, imbir posiekać. Składniki wrzucić do garnka. Dodać 0,5 szk. octu, gorczycę, pieprz, cukier i szczyptę soli. Gotować około 1 godziny. Wlać resztę octu i gotować jeszcze 15 min. Gorącą marynatę przełożyć do słoików. Podawać do pieczeni na zimno, ryb i potraw z curry.

właśnie skonczyłam pakowac tą dynie do słoików. Wyszło 9 takich po małym majonezie (170ml). Robi sie ją dosyc szybko, bardzo ciekawy zapach i smak chyba też, pisze chyba, pobnieważ do mięsa pewnie bedzie dużo lepiej smakowało. smak taki słodko kwaśny. zrobiłam wszystko według przepisu, napisze więcej jak otworze słoiczek do obiadu.

otworzyłam słoik. bardzo mi smakuje ta dynia, za rok również ją zrobie. :) z czystym sumieniem polecam!
