Ponoć olej sezamowy nie nadaje się do smażenia. Lepiej przesmażyć fasolkę na odrobinie rzepakowego albo ryżowego (bo neutralne i nadające się do smażenia) a na koniec dodać łyżeczkę sezamowego dla aromatu i smaku.
