Ingredients:

SKŁADNIKI:

* puszka kukurydzy
* puszka miesznki marchewka-groszek
* fasolka szparogowa zielona
* 4 jajka na twardo
* brokuł
* ogorki kiszone lub konserwowe
* plastry szynki ale nie koniecznie
* 50g żelatyny
* 1 i 1/2 l.bulionu
* 1/2 szkl.zimnej wody

Wszystkie warzywa to moja propozycja.Można dać inne i komponowac je różnie.

Prepare instructions:

50g żelatyny zalać 1/2 szkl.wody.Jak napęcznieje rozpuscic ja na malym ogniu i dodac do ostudzonego bulionu.

Brokuły i fasolkę gotowac na parze do miękkości.Jak ktos marchewkę ma osobno to także ja ugotować.

Do salaterek włożyć: plasterek jajka,troche kukurydzy,troche groszku,marchewki,plasterki ogórka,trochę brokułu i fasolki.Całość zalać wywarem z żelatyna i wstawic do lodówki aby stężało.

Jak ktoś ma ochotę może dodać plaster szynki do każdej salaterki.

Galaretka jest bardzo dobra i doskonale zastępuje tradycyjną z mięsem :)

Mnie wychodzi 10 salaterek galaretki.

Cóż, może i dobra, ale z żelatyną... A ja nie jadam i poszukuję przepisów bez niej :)
