chce zrobic wg ytego przepisu,czy tylko 1/4 soku az na kg cukru??to sie ma gotowac??

Tak, bo to sa gruszki w syropie.W syropie z soku i cukru gotujesz gruszki jeszcze 10 - 15 min. Nabiora ladnego, rozowego koloru choc wiele zalezy od gatunku gruszek, nieraz wogole nie "lapia" koloru. Musisz uwazac by nie przegotowac gruszek w I etapie gotowania w wodzie, ja sprawdzam wykalaczka czy miekknie, jak wykalaczka wchodzi z oporami to juz wylaczam. Daj znac jak Ci wyszlo.
