Gulasz z indyka i kurek

Ingredients:

20 dag mięsa z indyka,
20 dag kurek,
1 łyżka gęstej kwaśnej śmietany,
1 łyżka masła lub oliwy,
1 łyżka mąki,
200 ml rosołu (może być z kostki)
1 łyżka posiekanego koperku,
sól pieprz do smaku.

Prepare instructions:

Mięso umyć i osuszyć papierowym ręcznikiem. Pokroić w kostkę. Cebulę obrać i posiekać. Grzyby oczyścić i umyć Większe pokroić na kawałki, mniejsze pozostawić w całości. Na patelni rozgrzać tłuszcz. Wrzucić mięso z indyka. Obsmażyć na złoty kolor. Dodać cebulę i kurki. Smażyć do zeszklenia się cebuli. Podlać rosołem. Dusić do miękkości mięsa i grzybów (ok 35 min). W miarę parowania dodawać wodę w ilości jaka wyparowała. Gulasz zagęścić mąką rozbełtaną z niewielką ilością wody. Dodać śmietanę i koperek. Dokładnie wymieszać. Doprawić do smaku solą i pieprzem. Zagotować. Podawać z ziemniakami.

Rewelacja! Banalny przepis a o trudnosci wykonania nawet nie mam co mowic ;) Dodalam kilka ziarenek ziela angielskiego oraz dwa listki laurowe :) Do tego ubite ziemniaczki z dodatkiem maselka i smietanki oraz mizeria na slodko ehhhhh Mniam Mniaaaaaaam
