Ingredients:

4 łyżeczki suszonych kwiatów hibiskusa

1/2 cytryny

1 litr gorącej wody

2 łyżki miodu

Prepare instructions:

Suszone kwiaty hibiskusa to cenne źródło wielu składników mineralnych i witamin. Pomaga w leczeniu nadciśnienia, zapewnia właściwy poziom cholesterolu, chroni wątrobę, działa przeciwzapalnie, oczyszczająco i antybakteryjnie. Herbata z hibiskusa polecana jest ponad to w czasie przeziębień i zmniejszonej odporności organizmu. Dzięki dużej dawce witaminy C zalecana jest w okresie jesienno-zimowym. Pijcie na zdrowie.

Kwiaty hibisuksa wsypać do dzbanka, zalać wodą w temperaturze 80 stopni. Dodać plasterki cytryny (wcześniej sparzonej wrzątkiem), przykryć o odstawić do zaparzenia na około 10 minut. Dosłodzić miodem. Pić gorącą.

Gdzie kupić kwiaty hibiskusa?

Szukam właśnie czegoś takiego na cholesterol i wątrobę.

Czy zamiast hibiskusa może być czerwona herbata - np. taka? Czerwona herbata też pomaga podobno w zwalczaniu cholesterolu, tylko jak jest sama to nie jest zbyt smaczna.
