Uwielbiam tę przystawkę. Niestety o prawdziwy kawior z jesiotra, a najlepiej z bieługi strasznie teraz trudno i jest on katastrofalnie drogi. Ale ten kupiony w sieciówkach za grosze, to nawet smaku kawioru nie ma. To jakieś chemiczne barachło.Polecam takie jajko zakwasić odrobiną soku z cytryny. Wtedy jest jeszcze lepsze.

Masz rację. U mnie prawdziwy był tylko czarny. Czerwony i zielony-wasabi są produkowane z alg morskich. A chemia? Odrobina raz na jakiś czas jeszcze nikogo nie zabiła.
