Ingredients:

Ciasto:
1 kostka masła (20 dkg)
4 żółtka
3 szklanki mąki
1 łyżka cukru
2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
szczypta soli

Piana:
4 białka
1 szklanka cukru
cukier waniliowy

Nadzienie:
4 jabłka
4 gruszki
10-15 śliwek węgierek

Prepare instructions:

Zagnieść kruche ciasto. Włożyć do zamrażalnika na 1 godzinę.
4/5 ciasta wyłożyć na wysmarowaną formę, posmarować surowym białkiem.
Owoce obrać, usunąć gniazda nasienne, pestki. Wszystkie owoce pokroić w grubą kostkę, wyłożyć na warstwę ciasta.
Ubić pianę z białek i cukrów, wylać na owoce pokruszyć resztę ciasta.
Piec 60 minut w temperaturze 180 stopni.

Owoce mogą być różne, ilość też. Ja to ciasto robię z owoców akurat takie jak mam w domu. Ostatnio robiłam z samych gruszek i śliwek.

to najlepszy przepis na kruche ciasto. stosuje go do wszystkich placków z owocami.

Nie mialam sliwek, wiec zrobilam tylko z gruszkami i jablkami. Wyszlo pyszne.

Ciasto kruche pychota, ja zrobiłam z samych jabłek tylko z większej ilości:) a do piany z białek dodałam torebkę kiślu cytrynowego:) też dobre wyszło:) POLECAM POLECAM POLECAM!!! Później wstawie zdjęcia:)
