Zrobiłam zamiast tradycyjnej kaczki z jabłkami muszę przyznać, że doprawdy rewelacja. A sos.... U nas w rodzinie najważniejszy z całego dania bo zjadany z pampuchami. Dodałam do sosu tylko 125 ml wytrawnego wina. Do tego przystawka z modrej kapusty ze śliwkami i bomba!
