Ingredients:

Keks:

kostka miekkiego masła

20 dag cukru

łyżka cukru waniliowego

4 duże jajka

35 dag mąki

2 płaskie łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia

szczypta soli

1 szklanka bakali (np. mieszanka keksowa firmy bakalland)

kandyzowana skórka cytrynowa

Lukier:

cukier puder połączyć z sokiem z cytryny lub kwaskiem cytrynowym

Prepare instructions:

Masło rozcieramy, dodajemy cukier i cukier waniliowy. Miksujemy.

Dodajemy jajka (pojedyńczo) i cały czas miksując wsypujemy mąkę połączoną z proszkiem do pieczenia. Dodajemy szczyptę soli. Całość miksujemy na jednolitą masę.

Na koniec dodajemy bakalie i kandyzowaną skórkę cytrynową. Bakalie posypujemy mąką (aby nie opadły na dół w upieczonym keksie). Całość mięszamy łyżką.

Ciasto wykładamy do wysmarowanej i obsypanej tartą bułką blachy. Pieczemy około godziny w temperaturze 180 stopni na opcji "góra i dół".

Wystudzony keks polewamy cytrynowym lukrem.

Uwagi dodatkowe:

Bakalie warto wczesniej namoczyć (będą bardziej miękkie).

Ciasta wystarcza na blachę o wymiarach 35 cm na 11 cm.

Bakalie do keksa można moczyć przez dobę w rumie lub w wódce - pychota. Tak jakoś świątecznie mi się zrobiło - keks kojarzę przede wszystkim z Bożym Narodzeniem :)
