Knedle serowe z truskawkami

Ingredients:

Ciasto:
25 dag sera białego
15 dag masła
2 jajka
10-15 dag mąki (lub więcej, jeżeli ciasto jest klejące)
sól do smaku

+truskawki

Prepare instructions:

1. Masło utrzeć mikserem z serem, jajami, solą. Dodać tyle mąki, aby ciasto było miękkie. Następnie ciasto przełożyć na stolnicę, chwilę wyrabiać ręcznie, podsypując mąką, by ciasto nie było klejące. Gotowe ciasto zawinąć w ściereczkę i włożyć do lodówki na 30 minut.
2. Ciasto rozpłaszczyć lub rozwałkować na stolnicy, wycinać kółka, nałożyć truskawkę i dokładnie zlepić brzegi, uformować kulę.

3. Knedle gotować w osolonym wrzątku, po wypłynięciu gotować jeszcze chwilę.
4. Podawać wedle uznania, my najczęściej jadamy z roztopionym masłem i delikatnie posypane cukrem.

Smacznego!!!

Z podanej porcji wyszło mi 45 niedużych knedli :)

Knedle bardzo dobre, podobnie jak agusia podałam z sosem truskawkowym.

Przepyszne knedle,choć masła dałam 2 łyżki,bo 15 dkg wydało mi się za dużo bow . Wystarczy,że rozpuszczonym polałam knedelki i posypałam cukrem trzcinowym.Bardzo syty obiad.
