Kołacz (metrowiec)

Ingredients:

Ciasto:

· 6 jaj

· 1szkl. cukru

· 3 szkl. mąki

· 2,5 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia

· 1/3 szklanki ciepłej wody

· 1/3 szklanki oleju

· 2 łyżki kakao

Masa:

· 1 kostka margaryny (masła)

· ½ litra mleka

· ½ szklanki cukru

· 1 cukier waniliowy

· po dwie łyżki mąki pszennej i ziemniaczanej

· olejek arakowy lub inny

Polewa uniwersalna

Prepare instructions:

Wykonanie

Żółtka utrzeć z cukrem, dodając stopniowo wodę z olejem, dalej ucierając dodawać mąkę wymieszaną z proszkiem do pieczenia. Na końcu dodać ubite białka i delikatnie wymieszać. Ciasto podzielić na dwie równe części, do 1 dodać kakao połączone z odrobiną wody i osobno upiec w podłużnej blaszce. Piec do suchego patyczka.

Ugotować budyń z podanych składników. Masło utrzeć i stopniowo dodawać ostudzony budyń, ucierać i na końcu dodać olejek.

Wystudzone ciasto pokroić na cienkie plastry, przekładać na zmianę masą (na zmianę ciemne i jasne plasterki). Polać gorącą polewą. Kroić na skos.

spotkałam się i z tą nazwą :) u mnie w domu był tasiemiec, u narzeczonego kołacz :)

wybacz, ale nazwa tasiemieec jest odrzucająca, przynajmniej dla mnie, u mnie ten placek jest znany pod nazwą metrowiec.
