Koniakowe pierścienie

Ingredients:

1 jajko
250g mąki
¼ łyżeczki sody oczyszczonej
150g orzechów włoskich
100g cukru pudru
mąka do posypania stolnicy

Prepare instructions:

1. Białka oddzielić od żółtek, białka wstawić do lodówki. Z mąki z dodatkiem sody oczyszczonej, żółtka, masła pokrojonego w wiórki, cukru oraz koniaku szybko zagnieść ciasto, owinąć folią i chłodzić 60 minut.

2. Orzechy posiekać. Ciasto wyłożyć na stolnicę oprószoną mąką i rozwałkować na placek grubości ok. 1 cm. Z ciasta wykroić krążki, następnie foremką o mniejszej średnicy z krążków wykroić środki, zagniatać je, rozwałkować i wykrawać pierścienie, aż wykorzystamy całe ciasto.

3. Piekarnik rozgrzać do 200^oC. Ciasteczka ułożyć na blasze wyłożonej pergaminem, posmarować białkiem i posypać orzechami. Piec ok. 8 minut.

W przepisie podajesz ( w punkcie 1 ) .... żółtka, masła pokrojonego w wiórki, cukru oraz koniaku szybko zagnieść ciasto... , ale w składnikach nie ma masła jak i koniaku.

ojoj, mój błąd. Muszę zerknąćdo swoich notatek bo dawno ich nie robiłam i nie pamiętam tych ilości.
