Trzy galaretki rożnego koloru, pół litra śmietanki 30%,jedno białko, pół szklanki wody przegotowanej,2 łyżki żelatyny,jedna cytryna,cukier puder,cukier wanilinowy.Biszkopt 5 jajek,szklanka cukru,1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia,nie cała szklanka mąki tortowej, do pełnej szklanki dodać ziemniaczaną mąkę.

Prepare instructions:

Ugotowac trzy galaretki osobno wedlug przepisu na opakowaniu,wylac na talerz kazda osobno,gdy zastygnie pokroic w kostke,ubic bialko na sztywno,przygotowac rozpuszczona zelatyne przestudzic ,ubic smietanke ale nie na sztyno,do ubijajacej smietany wlewac na przemian bialko i zelatyne ,nie ubiajac do zagestmienia,po wykonaniu tej czynosci dodac pokrojone w kostke galaretki delikatnie wymieszac lyzka,wylac na przygotowany biszkopt.Calosc wyrownac i udekorowac lukrem z sokiem z cytryny,mozna posypac posypka.

Przepraszam mam pytanie do cytatu z przepisu:"o ubijajacej smietany wlewac na przemian bialko i zelatyne ,nie ubiajac do zagestmienia" - to znaczy co z tym zrobic? Wymieszac czy jak?

Witam nie masz za co przepraszac:)a wiec tak jak lekko ubijesz smietanke wlewaj powoli zelatyne bialko ubite, miksuj na najmniejszych obroyach tak zeby sie smietana nie zagestniala,galaretki wymieszaj lyzka najlepiej i od razu na biszkopt......
