Kurczak po tajsku

Ingredients:

2 piersi z kurczaka
sok i starta skorka z limonki
1 lyzka oliwy
150 ml mleczka kokosowego
1 zielona papryczka chilli
4 male cebulki (od szczypiorku)
1 lyzka posiekanej kolendry

Prepare instructions:

1. Kurczaka umyc, osuszyc i pokroic w kostke. Przelozyc do miseczki i zalac oliwa oraz sokiem i starta skorka z limonki. Wstawic do lodowki na 30 minut

2. Nastepnie podsmazyc kurczaka ok 5 min - na odrobinie oliwy.

3. Dodac pokrojana w plasterki papryczke chilli , wlac mleczko kokosowe, dodac cebulki oraz kolendre. Calosc gotowac na malym ogniu okolo 15 minut.

Smaczny. Zamiast limonki dałam pół cytryny a za kolemdrę zieloną pietruszkę. Wyszło delikatne, cytrynowe
