Kurze cycki w chrupiacej panierce

Ingredients:

SKLADNIKI:

filety z kurczaka,
oliwa z oliwek,
ziola prowansalskie,
vegeta,
duzy zäbek czosnku,
mäka,
jajko,
platki kukurydziane Cornflakes

Prepare instructions:

Filety pokroic w kostke (ale nie za mala). Przygotowac zalewe z oleju, ziol, wegety i przecisnietego czosnku. Wlozyc do zalewy filety, przykryc i zostawic na noc w lodöwce.

Nastepnego dnia przygotowac mäke, roztrzepane jajko i platki kukurydziane (najlepiej nadaja sie wlasnie Cornflaksy z Nestle bodajze- najzwyklejsze bez zadnych dodatkow).
Obtoczyc kostki w mäce, nastepnie w jajku i na samym koncu w platkach. Smazyc na glebokim goracym oleju.

Kurczaczki wychodzä chrupiace i bardzo aromatyczne

Smakuja zaröwno na cieplo, jak i na zimno. Doskonaly smakolyk na letnie imprezowanie.

takie kotlety w panierce z platkow kukurydzianych robie od kilku lat, rzeczywiscie najlepsze sa płatki Cornflakes...najbardziej chrupiące:)
