Luksusowa sałatka arbuzowa z fetą i pistacjami

Ingredients:

kilka liści sałaty lodowej
pół arbuza
ser feta
2 łyżki stołowe płynnego miodu
0,5 szklanki pistacji

Prepare instructions:

liście sałaty opłukać, dokładnie osuszyć, ułożyć na talerz
cieńkimi stróżkami oblać sałatę miodem
arbuza pokroić w kostki - wułożyć na sałatę
fetę pokroić w kostki - dodać
posypać pokrojonymi na drobno osolonymi pistacjami
GOTOWE!

Można również wymieszać wszystkie składniki w misce i podawać w formie tradycyjnej sałatki.

Zamiast arbuza, można użyć dojrzałego, żółtego melona.

Sałatka jest bardzo specyficzna dzięki połączeniu słodkiego soczystego arbuza, ze słodkim miodem, orzeszkami i słoną fetą.

Ja osobiście podaję ją jako "deser", nie kojarzę dania, do którego możnaby dodać tą sałatkę jako dodatek.
