makaron penne z sosem tuńczykowym

Ingredients:

pół paczki makaronu penne (rurki)
jedna cebula
czosnek
oliwa
puszka krojonych pomidorów
świeża bazylia
puszka tuńczyka sałatkowego w sosie własnym
sól, pieprz
tarty parmezan
lub inny topiący się ser
opcjonalnie słoka śmietanka

Prepare instructions:

makaron gotujemy wg przepisu
na patelni rozgrzewamy oliwę, wrzucamy posiekana cebulkę i czosnek, od razu solimy żeby się nie przypaliła
kiedy cebulka się zeszkli, dodajemy pomidory, dusimy chwilkę
jeśli sos wydaje się mało esencjonalny, można dodać trochę przecieru, jeśli pomidory są zbyt kwaśne, odrobinę cukru,
dodajemy tuńczyka, bazylię, pieprz
jeśli sos jest rzadki, można dodać odrobinę słodkiej śmietanki
odsączony, niepłukany makaron wrzucamy na patelnię, dodajemy ser, gotujemy jeszcze chwilę

wierzch także posypujemy serem, dekorujemy listkami bazylii
