Moja mama robi masło, ale śmietana musi mieć temperaturę pokojową wtedy szybko masło się zrobi.

Pamiętam, jak w czasie wakacji na wsi powierzano mi drewnianą maselnicę i ubijałam masło, tylko furczało Czego, z braku maselnicy najlepiej użyć do ubijania śmietany?

Możesz po prostu użyć miksera - ze skrzydełkami lub shakera
