Ingredients:

CIASTO:
     3 szkl.mąki
     4 łyżki cukru
     1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
     1 margaryna (proponuję masło roślinne)
     5 żółtek

MASA SEROWA:
     1 kg.trzykrotnie mielonego sera (te w wiaderku)
     2 całe jajka
     1 szkl.cukru
     1 masło roślinne (w okrągłym małym kubeczku)
     1 duży budyń śmietankowy
     brzoskwinie lub ananasy (lepsze jest z brzoskwiniami)

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto zagnieść i podzielić na trzy części.Jedną część ciasta uformować w kulę i bardzo mocno schłodzić w lodówce (np.w zamrażarce). Pozostałymi dwoma częściami ciasta wylepić blaszkę

Wszystkie składniki masy serowej (oprócz owoców i cukru) bardzo dokładnie ze sobą wymieszać.Na wylepionej ciastem formie wyłożyć serek z wiaderka,zaś na nim owoce.Na owocach delikatnie rozłożyć ubitą pianę z 5 białek i 1 szkl.cukru.Na pianę zetrzeć na tarce schłodzone ciasto z lodówki.Piec 60-70 minut aż do zrumienienia,w temp.200 st.

Po upieczeniu wyjąć ciasto z piekarnika,ostudzić je,a następnie wstawić je do lodówki by dobrze stężało.Najlepsze jest na następny dzień.Można posypać cukrem pudrem.

UWAGA: CIASTO PO UPIECZENIU JEST PÓŁPŁYNNE,ALE W CZASIE STYGNIĘCIA BĘDZIE POWOLI TĘŻAŁO.

Witaj! Czy do ubijania piany potrzebna jest następna szklanka cukru?

W przepisie napisałaś tylko o cukrze do masy a do piany? Jaka duża blaszka? Jakie masło roślinne i jaka waga. Przepraszam ale nigdy nie kupowałam masła roślinnego a ponoć są różne Czy do masy serowej nie lepsze będzie masło extra..

Proszę o odpowiedz. Pozdrawiam.
