Omlet pełen pieczarek

Ingredients:

proporcje na dwa duże omlety:

5 jajek

2 łyżki gazowanej wody mineralnej

2 łyżki śmietany (może być 12 albo 18%)

2 łyżki mąki

szczypta kurkumy

30 dag pieczarek

cebula

pół szklanki wywaru warzywnego

masło do smażenia, sól, pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Cebulę drobno pokroić, podsmażyć na maśle, dodać pokrojone w plasterki pieczarki, oprószyć solą i pieprzem, usmażyć na małym ogniu, dodać wywar warzywny, dusić pod przykryciem ok. 15 minut. Zagęścić łyżką mąki.
Całe jajka dokładnie roztrzepać z wodą, śmietaną, łyżką mąki, kurkumą, solą i pieprzem. Na maśle na średnio rozgrzanej patelni usmażyć dwa omlety.
Na każdy nałożyć pieczarki, złożyć na pół, podawać.

Omlet super , właśnie go spałaszowałam! Nie byłabym sobą, gdybym conieco nie zmieniła:pieczarki dosmakowałam bez duszenia w wywarze instant.Polecam!
