Ingredients:

Ciasto:
1 jajo, 3 żółtka, 20 dag margaryny, 3 szk. mąki pszennej, 1 łyżka śmietany, ½ szk. cukru, 1 cukier waniliowy, 1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia, dżem

Masa:
½ kg orzechów arachidowych, ½ szk. wody, ½ szk. cukru, 2 ½ szk. mleka w proszku (niebieskie granulowane), ½ kostki masła, ½ kostki margaryny

Prepare instructions:

Ze wszystkich składników zagnieść kruche ciasto. Podzielić na dwa placki. Jeden wyłożyć na blachę, rozsmarować dżem i położyć rozwałkowaną drugą część ciasta. Piec 40 min w 180st.

Rozpuścić masło, margarynę i cukier w wodzie, nie gotować. Do przestudzonej masy wsypać orzechy i mleko w proszku. Dokładnie wymieszać. Masę wlać na ciasto, schłodzić.

jak najbardziej w całości :) na upartego można oczywiście pokroić, ale nigdy nie próbowałam. Pozdrawiam :)

na jaką blaszkę są te proporcje?

mag1090, ciasto na dużą blachę. Raz robiłam w blaszce o wym. 20x32cm, innym razem w blaszce o wym. 22x37cm. Pozdrawiam :)
