Papryka faszerowana mięsem mielonym

Ingredients:

*ok. 8 papryk(takie zielono-żółte)-dostępne juz końcem czerwca-nasze krajowe,
*woda, sól,

*ok. 1/2 kg mięsa na mielone,
*jedna bułka,
*jajko,
*cebula,
*ulubione przyprawy(ja używam przyprawy do mięsa mielonego), ewentualnie pieprz i sól,

Prepare instructions:

Paprykę oczyścic z gniazd nasiennych i ostroznie umyć.Papryki ugotować, w osolonej wodzie-nie rozgotować!
Odcedzić i przestudzić.

Mięso mielę sama w domu dodając podczas mielenia cebulę i bułkę(wcześniej namoczyć w wodzie i odcisnąć), dodać jajko i doprawic do smaku.

Papryke faszerować mięskiem i smażyc podobnie jak kotlety na rozgrzanym tłuszczu z kazdej strony(przykryć pokrywką).
Najlepiej na patelni do której nie przywiera.

Jeśli zostanie mi mięska, to robie zwykłe kotlety mielone obtaczając je w bułce tartej i smażę na patelni.
