Ingredients:

1 duza makrela wedzona(okolo 70dkg),
100 g ryzu dlugoziarnistego,
1 cebula,
1 lyzke oliwy z oliwek,
przecier pomidorowy(200g),
sol,pieprz
chilli(niekoniecznie),jak ktos lubi na ostro.

Prepare instructions:

Ryz gotowac okolo 15 minut w osolonym wrzatku.Makrele obrac i pozbawic osci.
Ryz dodajemy do makreli(ostudzony).
W tym czasie rozgrzac patelnie,dodajemy 1 lyzke oliwy,gdy olej sie rozgrzeje dajemy cebule,smarzymy,az cebula sie zeszkli i dajemy przecier pomidorowy.
Doprawiamy sola,pieprzem i chilli(oczywiscie jak ktos lubi na ostro).
Dodajemy okolo 2-3 lyzek oliwy i ewentualnie chilli.
Paprykarz mozna przelozyc do sloikow wlac 1 lyzke oliwy,zakrecic i przechowywac w lodowce przez 2 tygodnie.
