Możesz opisać bliżej serek Bieluch, ponieważ mieszkam za granicą i nie wiem jakiego w tym wypadku mogłabym użyć serka zastępczo.

Odpowiednikiem Bielucha będzie każdy serek śmietankowy typu Philadelfia, Almette oraz inne twarożki śmietankowe o kremowej kanapkowej konsystencji :) Pozdrawiam.
