Piegusek z morelami

Ingredients:

750 g moreli (świeżych, z puszki, ew. 350 g suszonych)
150 g masła
150 g cukru
5 jajek
200-250 g maku
skórka starta z 1 cytryny
1/2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
3 łyżki mąki
3 łyżki mielonych migdałów
6 łyżek konfitury morelowej
szczypta soli
2 łyżki wódki morelowej
cukier puder do posypania

Prepare instructions:

Morele przepołowić, usunąć pestki (ewentualnie osaczyć z
zalewy lub namoczyć). Jajka rozdzielić. Mak zemleć w młynku do kawy. Masło utrzeć z 2/3 cukru i żółtkami. Dodać mak, skórkę cytrynową, mąkę, proszek do pieczenia i migdały. Białka z solą ubić na sztywno, dodając resztę cukru, delikatnie połączyć z masą. Tortownicę o średnicy 24 cm wyłożyć papierem do pieczenia, natłuścić. Ciasto przełożyć do formy, na wierzchu rozłożyć dekoracyjnie morele. Piec w temp. 180°C przez 50 min. Ciasto wyjąć, przestudzić. Konfiturę lekko podgrzać, wymieszać z wódką, przetrzeć przez sitko, posmarować nią ciasto, posypać je cukrem pudrem.

Matko kochana!!!! A ja powyrzucałam wszystkie młynki do kawy!!! I co teraz ?! Ciasto " czyta" się wspaniale i chciałabym je wypróbować. ( Młynków do pieprzu też nie mam).
