Pierogi z bialą kapustą i twarogiem

Ingredients:

F a r s z - 1 kg.białej kapusty, 25 dkg twarogu, 1-2 cebulki,1-2 tłuszczu(olej lub margaryna) do podsmażenia cebulki,pieprz i sól do smaku. C i a s t o -6o dkg.mąki tortowej,1 żółtko ,0,5 szklanki ciepłej wody,sól do smaku,1 łyżka oleju. D o p o l a n i a - roztopione masełko lub zesmażona słoninka.

Prepare instructions:

Kapusę wcześniej obgotować w lekko osolonej wodzie.Odcedzić i dobrze wycisnąć z wody.Poszatkować drobno lub zmielić w maszynce o dużych oczkach.Cebulkę pokroić i zeszklić na tłuszczu.Dodać kapustę i podsmażać z 15 min.namałym ogniu.Lekko wystudzić i dodać drobno rozkruszony ser i dokładnie wymieszać.Doprawić do smaku pieprzem i solą.Można dodawać jeszcze różne przyprawy w/g własnego uznania.Moja rodzina lubi raz z majerankiem a innym razem z rozmarynem czy też z tymiankiem.Aby nie za dużo ,ale pierogi smaczne są też bez przypraw. Ciasto zagnieść z podanych składników,rozwałkować,wykrawać szklanką i kleić pierożki.Gotować krótko i podawać jeszcze ciepłe polane tłuszczykiem.SMACZNEGO !!!!

Polecam te pierogi są naprawdę dobre.

Przepis bardzo dobry,ja zamiast twarogu dodaję drobniuto posiekane pieczarki i też są b.dobre!
