Pikantna meksykańska potrawka

Ingredients:

* 400 - 500g kabanosów (nie podsuszanych) lub dobrej kiełbasy

* cebula

* średniej wielkości czerwona papryka

* 2 ząbki czosnku

* pomidory z puszki

* pół łyżki ostrej papryki, pół łyżki pieprzu cayenne

* pół puszki kukurydzy

* puszka czerwonej fasoli

* sól, ew. pieprz

Prepare instructions:

1. Na patelni rozgrzewamy tłuszcz. Pokrojone kabanosy lub kiełbasę na niezbyt małe kawałki podsmażamy.

2. W garnku rozgrzewamy olej. Dodajemy drobno posiekaną cebulę, paprykę oraz czosnek. Smażymy aż cebula nabierze złocistego koloru.

3. Do cebuli dodajemy przyprawy i chwilę smażymy, ciągle mieszając.

4. Dodajemy pomidory z puszki i podgotowujemy.

5. Gdy doprowadzimy potrawkę do wrzenia, dodajemy podsmażoną kiełbasę, osączoną fasolę z puszki oraz kukurydzę. Doprawiamy do smaku solą, ewentualnie pieprzem. Całość jeszcze chwilkę gotujemy. Podajemy z bułeczką, ryżem lub kaszą.
