Ciasto kruche
15 dag margaryny Kasi
15 dag cukru
40 dag mąki

Ciasto kokosowe
4 białka
15 dag cukru
15 dag wiórki kokosowe
1 łyżka mąki ziemniaczanej

Ciasto orzechowe
4 jaja
15 dag orzechów mielonych
15 dag cukru
2 łyżki mąki pszennej
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
Polewa czekoladowa

Masa jabłkowa
9 dużych jabłek
Galaretka w proszku pomarańczowa

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto kruche szybko zagnieść podzialić na dwie części .schłodzić
Ciasto kokosowe ubić białka z cukrem dodać wiórki ,mąke j wymieszać
Ciasto orzechowe; ubić białka z cukrem i dodawać po jednym żółtku,orzechy mielone i resztę składników i delikatnie wymieszać.
Jabłka usmażyć pod koniec smażenia dodać galaretkę w proszku i wystudzić.
Pół kruchego ciasta rozwałkować i przełożyć do formy, wyłożyć na nie warstwę jabłkową.
Na masę wyłożyć ciasto kokosowe a potem orzechowe.

Wszystko przykryć drugą połową ciasta kruchego.
Piec 45 min. W temp.180
Po upieczeniu ostudzić i odwrócić DO GÓRY NOGAMI.
Polać polewą czekoladową
