Ingredients:

6 jaj
1,5 szkl mąki
1 szkl cukru
1,5 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
2 łyżki kakao
2 łyżki octu
30 dag okrągłych biszkoptów
marmolada
2 galaretki agrestowe
owoce sezonowe lub z puszki

MASA:
0,5 l mleka+0,5 szkl
2 budynie
6 łyżek cukru
kostka masła lub margaryny

Prepare instructions:

Biszkopty posmarować marmoladą i poskładać razem. Ułożyć na wyłożonej papierem prostokątnej formie.
Białka ubić z cukrem, żółtka połączyć z octem i wymieszać z białkami.Delikatnie wymieszać z mąką, proszkiem i kakao. Zalać biszkopty.Upiec.
Mleko zagotować. W połowie szklanki rozpuścić budyń. Wsypać cukier do mleka, wlać rozpuszczony budyń i ugotować. Budyń wystudzić. Utrzeć masło i powoli po jednej łyżce dodawać budyń.
Ciasto wyjąć z formy i odwrócić "do góry nogami". Wierzch pokryć masą. Na masę wyłożyć owoce i pokryć krzepnącą galaretką.

Ciasto wygląda efektownie, jest dość pracochłonne ale super się nadaje "od święta"

Witam. W przepisie na biszkopt nie ma podanej ilości cukru, z jaką ubija się białka.dziękuję za odpowiedź

W jakiej temperaturze i jak długo piec biszkopt.Poadrawiam.

Cukier już jest. Biszkopt najlepiej piec w temp. 160-180 st. Jak długo? Gdy zacznie roztaczać przyjemny aromacik trzeba nakłuć patyczkiem i sprawdzić czy jest suchy. Najlepiej na środku ciasta.
