Powiedzmy,że hot dogi

Ingredients:

-4 podłużne pszenne bułki, takie jak na hot-dogi
-1 puszka kukurydzy
-1 cebula
-1 żółta papryka
-2 jaja ugotowane na twardo
-20 dag żółtego sera
-1-2 ząbki czosnku
-a do smaku: sól, pieprz, musztarda
-1 pęczek szczypiorku

Prepare instructions:

Z bułek odciąć cienki plasterek z brzegu i delikatnie wydrążyć miąższ, pozostawiając dość grube ścianki.
Cebulę i szczypiorek posiekać, paprykę i jajka pokroić w kostkę, ser zetrzeć na tarce, a kukurydzę osączyć. Wszystko wymieszać i doprawić do smaku musztardą,solą, pieprzem i zmiażdżonym czosnkiem.
Farszem napełnić przygotowane bułki. Zawinąć je w folię aluminiową i zapiekać w piekarniku przez ok.20 minut. Podawać gorące, jak to hot-dogi :)
Mięsożerna część ludności może oczywiście wzbogacić farsz o ulubioną wędlinę ;)

Też kiedyś nie jadłam mięsa, więc wiem jak czasem trudno wykombinować coś fajnego do jedzonka. Teraz już mi minęło, ale z tego okresu zostało mi wiele bezmięsnych przepisów. Przejrzyj mój zbiorek- może znajdziesz jeszcze coś co Cię zainteresuje ;) Pozdrawiam!!!
