Ingredients:

2 łyżeczki Goździków ziarna ( około 70 szt. )

4 łyżeczki płaskie Gałki Muszkatołowej mielonej

2 łyżeczki płaskie Imbiru mielonego

24 średnie ziarenka Ziela Angielskiego

2 łyżeczki Cynamonu

2 łyżeczki Kolendry ziarenka

6 szt. Kardamonu

2 szt. Anyżu gwiazdkowego

Prepare instructions:

Zmodyfikowałam moją mieszankę, ukręconą już jakiś czas temu o dwa ostatnie składniki. Chciałam się zbliżyć smakowo do ulubionej, kupnej mieszanki piernikowej ,,k" i teraz smak jest jeszcze bogatszy. Używam do piernika oraz grzańca. Mam nadzieję, że polubicie własne, domowe przyprawy tak jak ja.

W chłodne dni uwielbiam się tak rozgrzewać przyprawionym Piwkiem, czy Winkiem z dodatkiem plastrów pomarańczy. Ta uniwersalna kompozycja nie zawiera cukru jak gotowe mieszanki, bo osobiście polecam trunki posłodzić miodem.

Miksujemy wszystkie składniki w młynku. Używamy ok. 1/3 łyżeczki na 0,5 litra piwa/wina + 1 łyżka miodku.

Do piernika lub pierniczków, na 500g mąki ok 20g przyprawy :)

Mam, z małymi zmianami:
5 dużych kulek ziela bo 24 chyba za dużo /może 4 miały być?/, mniej gałki.
A moje 2ie łyżeczki goździków to około 40 sztuk, nie 70.
Czepiam się ciutkę, ale chochliki szaleją, może i ten przepis popsuły?
